Software for the customer. Tools for the team.
At Jakomu, I build customer-facing interfaces, shared backend services, and internal tools for researching prospective clients.

- AWS operations

I'm Renaldo, a software engineer at Jakomu.
My work spans web interfaces, backend services, and a property-search product I maintain for a client.
At Jakomu, I build React interfaces and reusable components with the product team.
At Jakomu, I work on NestJS services and tenant routing that keep each business's PostgreSQL data separate.
For Move With Musto, I built the AWS pipeline that validates MLS listing snapshots before publishing them to property search.
01 / Selected work
Team engineering at Jakomu, a client product for real estate, and an independent planning tool. Here's what I built and why.
At Jakomu, I build customer-facing interfaces, shared backend services, and internal tools for researching prospective clients.

I designed, built, and maintain a real-estate website where buyers can search, save, and compare homes. Its listing pipeline checks incoming data before publishing it.

Change a hiring, pricing, or funding assumption and see how it affects cash and ownership over ten years. I built the model and the interactive application.

02 / How I work
I work out what someone needs to do, then shape the screens and interactions around that task.
Interface design / React / Next.jsI trace what an interface needs back through its services and storage, including what happens when something fails.
NestJS / PostgreSQL / AWSI test the working product, document the choices, and maintain the systems I help ship.
Browser testing / Delivery / Reliability03 / The person behind the work
I like the moment a complicated problem starts to make sense. Then I like making that understanding useful to someone else.
