- Audit tooling. Built a website audit workflow in staging that combines PageSpeed Insights and Vertex AI with versioned reports and salesperson review.
- Access and cost controls. Implemented Amazon Cognito authentication with enforced MFA, restricted API credentials, and usage limits for the audit workflow across AWS and Google Cloud.
- Report generation. Developed a template based PDF generator that places variable AI generated content into predefined sections to keep report layouts consistent.
- Backend and cloud. Developed shared NestJS/PostgreSQL services with tenant routing, isolated business databases and access checks.

Move With Musto & MLS Publication Pipeline
Personal client project | Design through maintenance
- Product delivery. Designed, built and deployed the Next.js property-search site, including filters, maps, saved homes and transactional email inquiries.
- Data validation. Built the MLS publication pipeline with source and freshness checks, immutable S3 listing snapshots, and validated publication manifests.
- Release integrity. Advanced the current listing pointer only after publication checks passed, allowing listing data to update independently of the website.

- Data operations. Build and maintain sourcing, enrichment, scoring, source provenance, and CRM ready exports using licensed business profiles and public market data.
